Working Groups

Our Councils

Four working groups. One mission: a trusted Web3 framework for India.

How They Work

The structure behind the work

Each council is a standing working group focused on a single pillar of India's digital asset agenda. Members are drawn from across the ecosystem — founders, banks, exchanges, law firms, custodians, technology providers, and senior policy advisors — so that every conversation reflects real-world experience rather than theoretical positioning.

Councils convene through closed-door round tables, written consultations, and working sessions on specific deliverables. Outputs include position papers, framework recommendations, regulatory responses, and sandbox proposals that are shared with regulators, the broader industry, and the public.

The councils are intentionally action-oriented. Each one picks a small number of concrete focus areas, builds consensus around practical proposals, and ships output that policymakers and institutions can act on — rather than open forums for discussion alone.
